The Garden and One Strange Fruit — Floral Beaded Necklace

There is a particular light in late afternoon of a long summer day — the kind that makes ordinary things look like they were always meant to be seen. This necklace lives in that light. Wear it and you carry a little of it with you.

A base of Japanese seed beads in dusty rose holds a gathering of Czech glass at the centre — petal shapes, leaf forms, a pressed flower, a small purple lemon that shouldn't belong and somehow completes everything. Deep blue faceted beads drift along the shoulders like the warmest hours of midsummer, anchored by warm amber glass and small metallic accents that catch the light without asking for attention.
