Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final
Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a quality defect that affects wearability (e.g. broken clasp, damaged beads, structural fault), please contact us at hello@innhue.com within 7 days of delivery. We will require clear photos of the defect. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed to the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Innhue is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us at hello@innhue.com and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the item before use and contact us within 7 days. We will review each case individually.
