Every order is packed by hand. Carefully. Personally. Because each piece is made in a small series and shipped from China, we ask for a little patience. What arrives at your door was made entirely by hand — from the first bead to the final knot.

Processing time: 1 business day Delivery to the US: 7–15 business days Shipping: Free on all orders Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates — occasionally customs may cause slight delays outside our control. Custom sizing on bracelets adds 1 business day to processing.

Czech glass is beautiful precisely because it's real — which means it deserves careful handling. Every order is wrapped in protective padding and placed in a rigid box before it travels. If something arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact us at hello@innhue.com

Because each piece is handmade in a limited series, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We photograph and describe every piece as accurately as possible so you can be confident before you buy. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we will make it right.
